Information You Give Us — if you sign up for our newsletter, we collect the email address you provide. If you submit our online feedback form, we collect your name, email address, star ratings, written comments, an optional photo, and the visit details you choose to share (visit type, what you ordered, and spend range). If you contact us by phone or email, we receive whatever information you choose to share with us.
Information Collected Automatically — Google Analytics 4 sets cookies and collects standard usage and device information — pages visited, browser type, approximate location, and similar data — so we can understand how the site is used. A lightweight tracking beacon records the page you visited, the page that referred you, and any UTM campaign parameters in the link; it does not collect your name, email address, or other personal identifiers.
We use the information above to respond to your inquiries and reviews, to send the newsletter you signed up for, and to understand how the site is used so we can improve it. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing unrelated to The Sauce Lady.
